The free tier covers Ollama and BYOK forever. Corollary Cloud is the managed option — no API keys, no provider accounts, frontier models proxied through our edge worker. Cancel any time.
Nothing breaks. The Fast track (Haiku, LLaMA) stays available with its daily cap, so you can keep writing. Premium quota resets on the 1st of each month. If you regularly run out, that's usually a signal that Max is the better fit — it has the same Premium cap but unlocks Opus, GPT-5.5, and Gemini 3.1 Pro, plus 100 Fast requests/day.
Writefull and Grammarly are AI-as-a-product — one model, one workflow. Corollary is AI-as-an-editor: you pick the model (or use the default for each task), and the same extension works against your own API keys, local Ollama, or our managed cloud. We don't lock you into our stack — local-first is the default.
No. The free tier is metered by an anonymous device ID — no email, no signup. Paid tiers require only the email you check out with (so we can email you the licence key). There is no dashboard to log into; everything is managed from the extension.
Yes. Pro ↔ Max changes are handled by Lemon Squeezy with proration. Your new licence key arrives by email, you paste it into the extension, and the old one expires at the end of its billing period. Cancel any time — access continues until the period ends.
On the paid tiers, prompts go from your browser to our Cloudflare Worker
(api.corollary.grimvier.com), which proxies to the OpenRouter model you
selected. We don't log prompts or responses. See the
privacy policy for the full picture.
